The Company Theatre is Rochester, NY's fastest growing theatre collective.

Since its founding in 2021, The Company Theatre has been committed to presenting and celebrating works of theatre through the vision of local artists in an innovative way that is relevant to our community and the world of today, while honoring the language and artistry of the original work.

With the tremendous talent of our artists and the support of the vibrant Rochester community, The Company Theatre is able to deliver on its mission of "Honoring Tradition Through Innovation." We invite you to learn more about our 2024/2025 season programming and how you can play a role as a performer, audience member, donor, or volunteer.

Our 2024-2025 season opener is THE SUMMER LAND by Kate Royal, running November 8-17. This haunting and homegrown new work explores the intersection of the Spiritualist and civil rights movements here in Rochester, making us question what we think we know about life, death, and liberty.
